This summer, my husband and I decided that we were finally able to get a bit of landscaping work done. Through a neighbour, we heard about Artisan, and decided to send an e-mail to inquire about their availability and whether they would be interested in doing work at our home. Artisan returned my e-mail within a few days, and shortly there after came to discuss what we were envisioning. I contacted Nick about snow removal. I explained that I left very early in the morning when most people are still in bed. He said not to worry. He was pleasant, easy to deal with, and professional. Nick and his team from Artisan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we first met he was the only one we contacted that was genuinely engaged in the initial consult. They showed up on the date they originally gave us to start work and the job was completed by the projected completion date. They were extremely neat during and after the project was finished. The quality of work was first class, plus Nick explained what they had to do at every step of the job.
